About

Sally LoGrassoAs a psychotherapist, I work to create a warm and safe environment where it is possible for you to be seen and understood.

In my work I combine traditional insight-oriented talk therapy with more cutting edge somatic and energy therapies. I also incorporate the development of “mindfulness,” which is an immediate awareness of the present.

Together we work to increase mindfulness and explore beliefs, emotions, and unconscious/habitual behaviors that emerge from your original family relationships. We explore the positive and negative ways in which these experiences play out in your interpersonal relationships. It is through this exploration in mindful awareness that you understand yourself in new ways. It is out of this context that healing can take place.

My vision is for people to develop a solid sense of who they are so they can have more fulfilling, enriched relationships and lives.

I specialize in working with adult survivors of trauma, PTSD, and abuse. I also work with anxiety, depression, anger, codependency/ACOA, and intimacy and relationship issues. I work only with adult individuals.
